Your Payment Is Protected
At Innate Life Co., the security of your financial information is our highest priority. We have implemented multiple layers of protection to ensure that every transaction on our store is safe, encrypted, and handled according to the highest industry standards.
Encrypted Connection
Every page on our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. This means that all data transmitted between your browser and our servers — including payment details, personal information, and order data — is encrypted in transit and cannot be intercepted by third parties.
PCI-DSS Compliant Processing
We use a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor to handle all card transactions. This is the highest level of payment security certification available. Your card number, expiration date, and security code are tokenized by the processor and never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card details at any point during or after the transaction.
Fraud Prevention
Every transaction is screened using AVS (Address Verification System), CVV verification, and 3D Secure authentication where supported by your card issuer. These measures help prevent unauthorized use of payment cards and protect both you and our business from fraudulent activity.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment methods are processed through the same secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Billing Statement
Charges from our store will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Innate Life Co. or SQ *INNATE LIFE CO. All purchases are one-time charges — we do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
Questions or Concerns
If you see an unfamiliar charge on your statement, please contact us at support@innatelifeco.store before initiating a dispute with your bank. We respond within one business day and can resolve most billing questions quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect your ability to place future orders.
