Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from our facility in the United States. Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time may not begin processing until the following business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically arrives within three to seven business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, though the vast majority of orders arrive within five business days.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email within three business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@innatelifeco.store.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within ten business days of the ship date, please contact us immediately at support@innatelifeco.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
