About Innate Life Co.

Innate Life Co. was founded on a simple idea: the things you bring into your home should be as natural and thoughtfully made as the life you want to live. We curate a focused collection of home and wellness goods — hand-poured soy candles, pure essential oils, organic bath products, and natural skincare — from makers who share our commitment to clean ingredients, sustainable materials, and honest craftsmanship.

Every product in our catalog is chosen for what it is made of, not just what it looks like on a shelf. We read ingredient lists the way most retailers read price tags. If a candle uses paraffin or synthetic fragrance, it does not make our collection. If a soap contains sulfates or artificial preservatives, we keep looking. If a skincare product cannot name every ingredient in plain language, it is not for us — and it is not for you.

We are a small team based in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and we ship directly to customers across the United States. Our warehouse processes orders within one to two business days, and most packages arrive within three to seven business days depending on your location. We believe that buying something for your home should feel good from the moment you place the order to the moment you open the box.

Our name reflects what we believe: that wellness is not something you add to your life — it is something already there, waiting to be supported with the right choices. Clean air. Natural light. A warm bath. A quiet room with a candle burning. These are not luxuries. They are the foundation, and we are here to make them a little easier to build.

If you have questions about any product, ingredient, or order, reach us at support@innatelifeco.store. We reply within one business day.
